The praise service is a contemporary style of worship now in its seventh year of existence here at Shawnee UMC. "Celebration!" is the praise worship ensemble that leads the music at this 9:30 a.m. service. The music not only includes contemporary praise music, but adds a variety of gospel, blues, rhythm and blues, jazz, country and Hillsong-style music. The audio-visual/sound crew is an important part of our praise team that enhances the worship experience. Please join us for an energized, meaningful service in a casual setting.
