Some information for you

We use the Dewey Decimal System, but for easy, quick access, selected books are featured on shelves categorized by subject.  Examples are Parenting, Christmas, Easter, Youth, Devotions, and Grief. Look for these in the northwest corner of the library.

Books and CD’s may be checked out for 3 weeks; videos and DVD’s for 1 week. Select an item, complete the card, and leave it in the basket on the library desk.

Our lively, colorful young children’s area is located outside the library in the Book Nook. There, books and videos may be perused – and checked out by leaving the completed card in the index box provided.

In the Book Nook you will also see a bookcase whose contents may be borrowed on an unlimited basis- or if the reader wishes kept or exchanged for another book.

You will often see our “Library on Wheels”, books on a book cart, as you go down the halls of the church.  Books from the cart may be checked out by leaving the completed card on the clipboard provided.

The library is here for you!

The Library Committee sponsors a variety of activities during the year and what has become a tradition on the first Sunday of Advent—a display of Nativity sets belonging to congregation members.
